Novice Registration
Registration for 2nd half of the 2011—2012 Novice session is Thursday December 15th from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm and Saturday December 17th from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Allen Park Civic Center. Please register on-line with USA Hockey if you have not already this year, print out the USA hockey registration form along with the APHA registration form. Bring both copies with you.
Eligibility: Ages 8 and under, non-residents welcome
When: Thursdays 5 PM and Saturdays 4 PM.
Where: Allen Park Civic Arena
Cost: $85.00 (1st session) includes APHA Registration, Ice Time, and Jersey. $85.00 (2nd session) Trophies received at end of the program. If both sessions are paid at once fee is $150.
First Session: : Oct 13th to Dec 17th
Second Session: Jan 5th to Mar 3rd
Equipment Requirements:
· Hockey skates
· Approved hockey helmet with face mask
· Elbow pads
· Knee pads or shin guards
· Hockey gloves
· Hockey stick
· Protective cup
Recommended Equipment:
· Hockey pants
· Garter belt
· Hockey socks
· Shoulder pads
USA Hockey Registration: Must sign up for USA Hockey Registration. The USA Hockey Registration fee is $30 per person (exception, birth year 2005 and after) do not pay the fee

Please complete the USA Hockey Online Registration process for Ice Players & Coaches. Print the completed registration form and bring with you to the APHA Registration

Please print the APHA Form and complete it. Bring the form with you to the APHA Registration.
