Ordering Process
There are several ways to order the approved APHA Apparel for your hockey team, son, daughter or family members. Below are those methods.
Individual order placement (son, daughter, family or family members)
Method 1
You can down load the order form located on the right side of this page, complete the form and e-mail it to aphockey@general-linen.com.address. Do not include your credit card information. General Linen & Uniform will be calling you back for credit card information within 2 business Days.
Method 2
Use the form to gather your order and call General Linen & Uniform Service directly to place your order. The number is listed on the Brochure on the right side of this page.
For individual orders, only credit cards will be accepted.
Team orders (coaches, players and family)
Method 3
General linen will show up to one of your practice to size and take the order for your team. The Coach/Team Manager should call General Linen at the number listed on the Brochure to schedule a date and time. Please give General Linen a week’s advance notice for this.
For Team orders , please provide one method of payment to General Linen & Uniform Services. This can be either a check or credit card. Also, please attend the practice when General Linen & Uniform Service is there. This will help with size issues because there are no returns or exchanges. Also it will save you money on shipping if ordered with the team
